Any information we collect from or is authorized by you is used to be able to assist you with corresponding with our ministry. We will not sell or rent your information to any third party except as necessary (such as cashing your offering or donation check or money order for processing by a banking or other financial institution, accounting and audits, donation and expense ledgers for IRS tax purposes, and so on.) Any information that is collected will be kept and archived in the event it is required by law, or if we have a legal obligation to provide any information to a legal entity, or as needed.

In order to correspond with you, we may need a combination of physical instruments (e.g. paper forms, USPS / FedEx / UPS labels, envelopes, etc.) and/or electronic means of information technology such as, but not limited to: text messages, voicemail conversions to text or translations, consent forms, emails, and so on. Such information may contain your full name, postal address, email, telephone and emergency contacts. Additional information may also be required with your consent depending upon your specific circumstances (such as filling out an application for Prison Ministry with the State of New Jersey.)

You have the “right-to-know” what types of information is/are being collected, and you may stop or cancel corresponding with us at any time. We also reserve the right to maintain and archive any information released to us and already collected, and to discontinue corresponding with you at any time. You should receive a copy of any forms requiring your signature for your records.

However, we are not responsible for any information given out by you if you choose to divulge it to others. We are also not responsible for any loss or breach of data due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. fire, flood, earthquake, etc.) or due to unscrupulous activities (e.g. Internet hackers, theft, etc.) We are also not responsible for you changing your information (e.g. contact information changes made over time, and so on.)
