With a few exceptions, we normally go out to Camden every Saturday. Sometimes we gather just at the staging building (on Chapel Avenue) to wash or relocate bicycles, or have an occasional wedding or picnic. Due to many of our members vacationing, we may not go out for several weeks in the summer -- usually July and August. March for Jesus Day usually starts earlier the week before Pentecost Sunday. Everything in the schedule is "Lord willing!" of course.

Departure times for street ministry are usually at 10:30 a.m. on Saturdays. A dozen or so volunteers carpool together in a convoy of vehicles and park on or next to the lot that we end up visiting. We usually stay on the lot for about 3 hours, but all volunteers are certainly free to come and go at anytime if they have their own vehicle. Always email or call to make sure we will be going out as scheduled.

Once a year we also go to Camden for the biggest event of the year known as the Christmas Eve Day Event. Normally, we go out on Christmas Eve (but not always) morning after gathering at the ministry basement staging area around 6 a.m. for prayer and any final preparations. After everything is ready, we usually try to have the convoy leave by 6:30 a.m. to the site.  Depending on what day Christmas falls on, we may not go out on the previous or following Saturday.
