The March For Jesus is just that, in honor of Him... it is not a march for churches, or a march for the poor, or to recognize anyone else, but only to uplift Jesus Christ and Him Alone.  Originally in England in the 1980's and thereafter the cities around the world were coordinated; but now it is left up to the individual localities to arrange when and how they will participate.

Anyone interested is invited to attend and help out with the many assignments needed to coordinate the event.

The March For Jesus in Camden normally starts out at Broadway and Kaighn Avenues in Camden, and proceeds along Broadway in a parade sometimes ending at City Hall, and in other years proceeding to the Waterfront Park at the end of Mickle Boulevard. At other times the March may proceed along Kaighn Avenue toward Cherry Hill and end at Farnham Park.

Performances by several local churches include praise dancing, bands, testimonies, fun, food, refreshments; and everyone can fellowship with their brothers and sisters and children in the Lord Jesus Christ.
