The proverbs of Solomon the son of David, king of Israel: To know wisdom and instruction, to perceive the words of understanding, to receive the instruction of wisdom, justice, judgment, and equity; to give prudence to the simple, to the young man knowledge and discretion. A wise man will hear and increase learning, and a man of understanding will attain wise counsel, to understand a proverb and an enigma, the words of the wise and their riddles. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge, But fools despise wisdom and instruction. (Proverbs 1:1-7 NKJV)
Below is a collection of Favorite Links of websites that have interesting information that may help someone grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. These sites may sometimes contain information that is not what everyone in ministry may agree with at all times, but overall, such resources may be consistently beneficial to the student of the Bible, and disciple of Jesus Christ. For example, some of the links about the Universe may claim that it is billions of years old, whereas the Bible says God created the Heavens and the Earth in six days, and then rested on the seventh. (See Genesis 2:3.) Is anything too hard for God to do? “By faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible.” (Hebrews 11:3.) “I have made the earth, and created man on it. I–My hands–stretched out the heavens, and all their host I have commanded.” (Isaiah 45:12.)
